100 Weight Loss Tips

There are tons of weight loss tips floating around the internet, and I decided to make a big ole’ list to make it more convenient and all in one place. Because, who has time to search 72 different websites only to see the first tip “DRINK WATER” on each one? Like yeah, we get it. (And no, drink water is NOT the first tip, so that makes me a rebel.)

Start applying these to your life, and you’ll begin to see positive, healthy changes! Remember, baby steps. Start off small, master a new habit, and move on to the next. That’s how you build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that will stick with you for the long haul.

Anyway. Here ya go friends.
