Ah, who am I kidding, everyone likes that, right?
..unless you’re some kind of monster who likes to put their makeup on in the dark.
Okay, I promise I’m getting somewhere with this crazy example.
When I’m working out, I want to be done as quickly as possible. So, knowing every exercise I’m doing without having to rack my brain trying to remember is always a win for me.
Like, having your workout directly in front of you.
No searching through your phone for what to do next. No making some ineffective exercise up. No redundancy of doing jumping jacks over and over. And NO GIVING UP because you’re out of ideas.
Printable workouts are the easiest way to keep up with what you’re doing.
I’ve created a few, just for you. Print them out, and have them handy for when you’re ready to sweat.
And you don’t even need a gym! Although, you can definitely get them done in a gym. Try adding weight to make it more challenging.
Or just do them at home!
