25 On The Go Healthy Prepackaged Snacks

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. And sometimes it never feels like enough.

Sometimes you might not have a healthy snack prepared and ready to go. Sometimes you’re so tired and worn out from your day, that you don’t want to cut up a carrot or an apple.
And that’s okay. We all have days like that.

I don’t know about you, but when I don’t have a healthy snack prepared, I’m way more likely to have something that’s not so nutritious. You with me?

So that’s why I ALWAYS have some kind of prepackaged snack, that’s at least healthy-ish!

This way, I’m not so tempted to partake in my son’s treats sent home from his grandma’s.

These are also super great, because I can just throw one in my back and head out the door!

Don’t worry about fruit getting all bruised in your bag! And sometimes, I just don’t feel like eating a piece of fruit for every single snack, ya know?

So here’s my list of 25 healthy pre-packaged on the go snacks from Amazon.
I have yet to try ALL of them, but I will eventually. They all look amazing!

1. Rx Bars

I’ve had Rx Bars a lottttt when I was doing Whole30. They were basically my post-workout snack. They’re super delicious, and made from 100% real food, such as egg whites, nuts, and dried fruit. My favorites are Blueberry and Chocolate Sea Salt.

2. Power Crunch Bars

Okay, I think these might just be my favorite protein bars of all time. No Lie. They’re crispy, sweet, and they don’t even taste remotely healthy. They’re not super high in protein, but they’re oh so delicious.
My favorite flavors: French Vanilla Creme, Peanut Butter Fudge, Peanut Butter Cream, and Salted Caramel.
Bonus tip!! Put one in the freezer for about 30 minutes before you eat it. I don’t know why this make is like a million times better, but it does. And it minimizes the crumb spillage.

3. Quest Bars

Another tasty favorite. I used to eat these on while I was doing keto because of the low net carbs, which is around 4 grams. They’re high protein and moderate fat. They’re really chewy, so you might be down for them if you’re into that.
My favorite flavors are: Mint Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, S’mores, and Cookies & Cream.

4. Epic Jerky

This jerky is amazing. It’s Whole30 compliant and Paleo friendly. I’ve only had the chicken jerky, but I would love to try the rest.

5. That’s It Bars

They’re made with fruit. And that’s it. Hence, the name. I love these, they’re great for when you’re craving some chewy, gummy candy. My favorite flavors are: Apple+Blueberry and Apple+Pineapple.

6. Individually packed nuts.

I know, so original. But you know it’s true! Nuts are a great on the go snack, packed with healthy fats to keep hunger away!

7. NatureBox Dried Pineapple Rings

Okay, I’ve never had these but I will most definitely be ordering some! Pineapple is one of my favorite fruit and I can’t wait to try these!
NatureBox has other dried fruits, but I recommended the pineapple because there is no added sugar. (The mango flavor has no added sugar as well!) But if you would like to try the others, feel free, and let me know how they are!

8. Orchard Valley Harvest Antioxidant Mix

This trail mix consists of almonds, pepitas, cashews, blueberries, and cranberries. It also contains nothing artificial, and is non GMO. I love a good trail mix, and I’m adding this to my Amazon cart right this second.

9. Skinny Pop

This is one of my favorite snacks ever. Any time I just want a snack, I have a bag, totally guilt free. I usually purchase the regular flavor, but the White Cheddar is bomb too!

10. Biena Chickpea Snacks

Okay, I didn’t even know these existed until recently. I’ve always roasted my own chickpeas, with some salt and red pepper, and they’re delicious! But, to have some already made and I can just grab a pack and go? Count me in!
I’m looking forward to trying.. Literally ALL of them.
Well, the one I’ll purchase first has to be Cinnamon Crunch.

11. One Bars

These are really tasty protein bars. It’s been awhile since I’ve had one, and I remember my favorite flavors being Birthday Cake and Peanut Butter Pie. But they have introduced many new flavors, such as Salted Caramel and Maple Glazed Doughnut. Which sound heavenly!
And they average around 20 grams of protein per bar!

12. Kind Bars

Ah, an old favorite. Kind Bars have always been there for me since the beginning and will always hold a special place in my stomach.. I mean heart. They’re made from all natural ingredients, what’s not to love?
I’d say my favorite would have to be Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.

13. Larabars

One of my Whole30 staples, although not EVERY flavor is compliant. They’re made from only nuts, fruit, and spices.
My absolute favorite is Apple Pie! The chocolate flavors are good too, but I haven’t had them much since they’re not Whole30 compliant.

14. GoGo Dipperz

This is a cup with pita chips and hummus for dipping. I’ve never had this particular brand, but I thought it was super convenient, because of the combination. They have two flavors, Traditional, and Roasted Red Pepper. I think I’ll go for the latter.

15. Premier Protein Shakes

These things are lifesavers. When you’re out somewhere and starving, but you don’t want to resort to fast food, THIS is what you need! The chocolate flavor tastes like a milkshake and is so delicious.

16. Justin’s Almond Butter Packets

Wow these are so yummy. Some of the flavors taste so good, it’s like a dessert. Like the Vanilla Almond Butter. They’re gluten free and vegan.
Spread some on crackers or a rice cake, or just be like me and eat it straight from the packet.

17. Buff Bake

Some people have mixed feelings about Buff Bake. It’s a protein nut butter spread that comes in a variety of flavors. Some reviewers say it’s too gritty and not smooth enough, which they’re kinda right, but that doesn’t bother me, and I love Buff Bake. So I guess it depends on your preference.
I’m not sure Amazon sells individual packets, but I purchased mine individually at the Vitamin Shoppe. My favorite flavor is Snickerdoodle.

18. Skinny Dipped Almonds

I haven’t tried these yet, but they look amazing. They’re non GMO and come in three flavors: Cocoa, Espresso, and Raspberry. I think imma have to get the Espresso flavor.

19. Dang Coconut Chips

Dang these coconut chips are good!
Ok, I haven’t tried them, but I just walked right into that one!
Reviewers say these are so delicious and I read one review that loved them even though coconut wasn’t really their fave. So yeah, these are going on my list as well.
They’re gluten free and non GMO.

20. Thunderbird Bars

Wut. These things look bomb. Why have I never come across them before??
They have a variety of flavors, are vegan, paleo, grain free, gluten free, and non GMO. Can you say win?
I’ll be trying the Hazelnut Coffee Maca first!

21. Wild Zora Meat and Veggie Bars

These look.. Interesting. I’m highly intrigued. Wild Zora bars are just meat, veggies, and fruit. Yes, fruit too. They’re Whole30 compliant, Paleo, gluten free, grain free, soy free, milk free, and nut free.
There are several different flavors, but the one I keep eyeing is Chili Beef.

22. Mission Meats

Mission Meat sticks are made from free range turkey and grass fed beef. They’re non GMO, with no added hormones or antibiotics, and no MSG.

23. WholeMe Grain Free Clusters

These suckers are made from all natural ingredients like nuts, honey, and coconut oil. They’re grain free, gluten free, preservative free, and non GMO. They come in a handful of different flavors, like Cinnamon Banana Chip.

24. Caveman Bars

These snack bars are made from nuts and seeds, and they do contain added sugar. So just check the sugar content before purchasing. They’re paleo, non GMO, and no artificial flavors.

25. That’s It Veggie Bars

Remember the That’s It Fruit Bars? Here is their ugly brother.
Okay, not really, but this is the vegetable version! The ingredients are black beans, and some form of veggie such as corn, carrots, peas, and kale.
So if you’re brave enough to try this, please give me some feedback, because I’m probably not!
Well, I might have a taste, just to say I tried it. And I know, I know, I might end up loving them!

So there you have it.
25 healthy snacks for when you’re on the go. Now, there’s no excuse for you not to have a healthy snack on hand!
Which ones have you tried or want to try? What are your favorites?
